Social Media Lead & Product Launch Strategist
As the social media strategy and content lead at Glassbox, I owned the company’s social presence from end to end, including strategy, content development, and execution. I led planning and creation across LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, driving launch campaigns for key SaaS products like the GIA AI assistant and Voice of the Silent. This included messaging, video scripting, social copy, and cross-functional rollout with product, CX, and design teams.
My focus was on bringing a human voice to the brand. I stayed ahead of industry trends, pop culture shifts, SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and new platform features to ensure content was relevant, timely, and engaging.
In addition to campaign work, I wrote and edited thought leadership content for executives and subject matter experts, contributed to the Glassbox blog, created internal brand voice guides, and helped mentor teams on building presence through personal branding and storytelling.
